This was a paint job done for Dianne McKay. I did this entire paint job in Nashville, TN, under the teachings of the custom paint legend, Andy Anderson. Through Bob McKay, Andy had invited me down to Nashville to learn his techniques of painting complicated overlay graphics using the House of Kolor paint system. This job incorporates all types of HOK paints - heavy metallics, pearls, kandys, bases and marbellizer. There was 51 sprayed coats of paint from the metal to the clearcoat by the time all the layers were finished. If it wasn't for Bob introducing me to Andy, and Andy's hospitality and teachings, I wouldn't be doing custom paint today.
