Winter
Whisper This was one of the very first photos I had taken with my digital camera. I had just gotten back from the camera store and had only taken it out of the box about 10 minutes prior to taking this shot. I’m not one to have patience enough to read boring intsruction manuals and much prefer jumping right in and figuring things out. In hindsight I couldn’t have picked harder subject matter to shoot when I didn’t have a clue on how to meter the light coming off the bright white snow. I’ve found that sometimes photography is in large part luck.
